By accessing or using Rare Sense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not Investment Advice

Rare Sense is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. All content, including stock analyses, thematic baskets, portfolio suggestions, and AI-generated reports, is for educational purposes only. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment decision.

Past performance data referenced on this platform does not guarantee future results. Investing in equities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Rare Sense Pro is billed annually at ₹3,999/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or republish any content without permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass any security measures
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Rare Sense — including text, analyses, design, code, and branding — is the exclusive property of Rare Sense. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that market data will always be accurate or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Sense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any investment decisions made based on content herein.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
